I love Walk Away the Pounds so much, I do these workouts 6 days a week and with having over 60 of them I change them up a lot. Also use walk boosters to tone up! I recently bought a walking vest and really love that too.

I also do 90 minutes of Pilates each week, love the 10 Minute Workouts.
