To Keep my Weight Off!
The Steps I need to take to achieve this goal are:
1. Attend my meeting on Mondays
and watch Kim Bensen's live meeting on Thurday nights.
2. Exercise 6 days a week.
3. Stay in constant contact with
support system (Meeting friends, WW & WATP support boards & family)
4. Keep journaling my food daily.
5. Keeping up with this website.
I update my exercise daily.

Online WW Inspirational sites & Get Inspiration from others at my meetings.
