At a meeting I attended we were talking about Storyboarding, one of the tools in WW's. We had to come up with a Winning Outcome and then write down things to help us get there. What I wrote down has become very important to me in getting the weight off and I wanted to share it here.

                          To Keep my Weight Off!
 
 The Steps I need to take to achieve this goal are:
 
1. Attend my meeting on Mondays and watch Kim Bensen's live meeting on Thurday nights.

 
2. Exercise 6 days a week.
 
3. Stay in constant contact with support system (Meeting friends, WW & WATP support boards & family)
 
4. Keep journaling my food daily.
 
5. Keeping up with this website. I update my exercise daily.
 
6. Continue to read WW Magazine, Online WW Inspirational sites & Get Inspiration from others at my meetings.
